Production Area Supervisor*

ROLE:

Manage daily production activities to ensure goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved in a food/supplement manufacturing environment;
Coordinate production teams to maintain efficient operations;
Track performance, identify process bottlenecks, and apply immediate improvement actions;
Organize production schedules and maintain accurate documentation;
Ensure production materials are consistently supplied;
Communicate production results and issues to the Production Manager;
Assist with onboarding and training of newly hired production staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar disciplines (preferred);
Experience within manufacturing or industrial operations;
Previous experience leading teams (preferred);
Strong organizational abilities and problem-resolution skills;
Ability to perform in a dynamic production setting;
Strong Excel knowledge and comfort with digital tools;
Strong accountability, leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail.
