Software Config-Parameter Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Config Parameter Engineer to support parameter and dataset management for next generation Stellantis vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Define, maintain and deliver high quality software parameters on time.

Manage parameter lists, variants and documentation using dataset/variant management tools (AVL CRETA).

Plan, track and coordinate parameter definition activities across teams.

Build and maintain RASIC matrices for all parameters within the project.

Collaborate with System, Architecture, Development, Integration, Validation, Calibration and PLE teams.

Support continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Contribute to SWX and Vehicle Program milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills

Experience with parameter/configuration management.

Understanding of automotive software development (V model, ASPICE).

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment.

Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Git and dataset/variant management tools (AVL CRETA or other) and calibration tools (INCA, CANape or other).

Excellent communication and planning skills.

English proficiency.
