Kitchen/Office Assistant

Kitchen Assistant/Office Assistant (24 hours per week):

• Simon-Kucher, a global consulting company located in central Copenhagen is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team

• As our Kitchen Assistant you will work closely with our Office Manager and your main responsibility will be to manage our daily lunch service, which we receive from a caterer.

• On top of this you will support with ad-hoc office tasks. Your main responsibilities:

• Setting up lunch buffet and cleaning up after lunch

• Making sure that dishwasher is loaded and emptied

• Keeping the kitchen and the office in general clean, tidy and well stocked

• Preparing and tidying meeting rooms before and after meetings

• Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude

• Answering incoming phone calls

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, handling post, and supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations.

• You are organized and enjoy creating a pleasant environment for colleagues and guests
• You speak English
