Research position (m/f/d) (Postdoc) in the field of particle cosmology and quantum field theory ID: Wiss26290* starting: as soon as possible

• fixed-term The group of Prof. Bödeker conducts research in the field of many-particle systems of elementary particles at very high temperatures and densities, with applications including the physics of the early universe. They investigate the properties of dark matter, the origin of the matter-antimatter asymmetry and the origin of intergalactic magnetic fields.

Your Tasks

• research in the field of quantum field theory and particle cosmology (60 %)
• evaluation and interpretation of results and involvement in writing publications in English (18 %)
• teaching at the Faculty of Physics (4 LVS / 22 %)

Preferred experience and skills

• experience with quantum field theory calculations
