About the role
As our Senior Manager, Social Media – Vehicles, you'll define and execute the global social media strategy for one of the LEGO Group's most important passion points: vehicles. You'll combine deep social media expertise with credible vehicle category experience, acting as a trusted voice on automotive culture, enthusiast communities and emerging trends. From audience insight and channel planning through content activation, creator engagement and performance optimisation, you'll help ensure vehicle launches and always-on storytelling deliver cultural relevance, fan engagement and measurable business impact. Working across product, brand, creative, communications and market teams, you'll turn product innovation and fan insight into platform-native stories that build credibility with enthusiasts and strengthen brand connection.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered global social media strategies for major brands or portfolios.
- Built successful multi-platform content and campaign programmes.
- Applied social analytics and performance measurement to improve campaign outcomes.
- Influenced senior stakeholders across complex cross-functional environments.
- Led agency and creative partners to deliver impactful social campaigns.
- Worked within the automotive, motorsport, mobility or vehicle enthusiast sector and built engagement with enthusiast communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Managed creator partnership programmes that strengthen audience engagement.
- Applied social listening and community intelligence to shape strategy and content.
- Delivered social media leadership within a specialist consumer passion category.

Life on the team
You'll join the Global Social Media team within Product & Marketing Development. The team leads the LEGO® brand's social presence across priority platforms, driving audience growth, cultural relevance and measurable business impact while partnering closely with local markets around the world. You'll join colleagues who value strategic thinking, creative leadership, relationship building and cultural trend spotting, with opportunities to influence a globally recognised brand across a broad network of partners and stakeholders.
What success looks like
Success means becoming the social and cultural authority on vehicles within the LEGO Group while ensuring every major activation remains unmistakably LEGO. You'll establish a clear global vehicles strategy, strengthen engagement with creators and enthusiast communities, and help expand vehicle-focused storytelling across social platforms. You'll work closely with product teams, brand teams, creative teams, communications partners, agency partners, creator partners, market social teams and social performance specialists as the team continues to grow creator engagement, strengthen platform-specific content strategies and increase the impact of performance-led social planning.
