Eyelash Extension Specialist

ViBeauty Salon is looking for an experienced Lash Artist to join our international team in the heart of Rotterdam.

We are looking for a skilled lash specialist who is confident working independently, understands different lash techniques and can adapt the result to each client’s preferences, eye shape and desired effect.

What we are looking for

We would ideally like you to have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Lash Artist / Eyelash Extension Specialist
• Confidence working with different lengths, volumes and curls
• Experience with different lash curls, such as C, D, L and other variations
• Ability to create both natural and more dramatic sets
• Experience with different volumes, from classic and light volume to fuller volume sets
• Knowledge of different styling and mapping techniques, for example Cat Eye, Doll/Open Eye, Fox/Eyeliner effects, Kylie/Wispy styles and other modern lash effects
• Ability to select the right lash mapping, curl, length and volume depending on the client’s eye shape and desired result
• Good understanding of safe application, lash isolation and natural lash health
• Experience with lash removal and refills
• Lash lifting and/or brow treatments are a plus, but not required
• At least a conversational level of English to communicate with clients and the team
• Dutch, Russian and/or Ukrainian are a plus, but not required

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about creating beautiful, high-quality work.

The location is very convenient for clients and allows you to stay right in the middle of city life before, after or between appointments.

Flexible earning model

We mainly work on a commission-based system, so your income depends on your schedule, number of working days/hours and appointments.

The salary range shown on Indeed should therefore be considered an estimate rather than a fixed salary. The exact commission structure and working conditions will be discussed during the interview.

If you already have your own client base, we can also offer the possibility of renting a workspace in our salon. We are happy to discuss which arrangement would suit you best.

Pay: €1.500,00 - €2.500,00 per month
