- What you'll do: What you’ll do:
Build Catuik’s presence in Europe from the ground up. The model is already proven in other markets, and your mission is to validate and scale it across European marketplaces.
+ **Build the merchant pipeline:** Identify relevant sellers on European marketplaces, reach out to decision\-makers, arrange meetings, and convert prospects into signed pilots. You’ll own the process from first contact to agreement;
+ **Explore the market:** Help identify the most promising European marketplaces and assess where Catuik’s model has the strongest potential;
+ **Drive outreach:** Establish a consistent pipeline of around 20 new merchant contacts per week;
+ **Negotiate pilot agreements:** Define and agree on pilot terms with merchants;
+ **Build publisher supply:** Source around 10 relevant publishers per pilot to support its launch;
+ **Validate the model:** Test the existing approach in European markets, identify what works, and recommend adaptations based on real market feedback;
+ **Track progress:** Provide a concise weekly progress report every Wednesday, covering outreach, pipeline development, key learnings, and next steps.
