Early Careers Talent Acquisition (Senior) Advisor (m/f/d)

As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and developing future talent for the firm. Working closely with business stakeholders, candidates and the wider HR team, you will help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring we identify and hire the very best talent from a broad and diverse talent pool. You will take ownership of recruitment processes across our early careers programmes and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our position as an employer of choice.

Your Role

In this role, you will support the delivery of an effective and integrated attraction and recruitment strategy for our Early Careers programmes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment processes and systems, including the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinating application management and assessment processes, including candidate screening and conducting HR interviews.
  • Overseeing candidate management activities, including offer management, intake planning and start date coordination.
  • Planning and delivering market-leading vacation schemes, insight events and other candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Monitoring recruitment performance, analysing conversion data and preparing reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting open days, skills sessions and access programmes throughout the year.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and the wider HR community.

About You

You will bring:

  • At least three years of recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
