- Project & Program Management
- Lead IT project and program activities within complex, global matrix organizations and manage delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Migration Delivery
- Lead large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations across cloud productivity ecosystems
- Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with senior business leaders, technical architects and cross-functional stakeholders
- Risk Management
- Structure, monitor and resolve complex project risks while defining clear mitigation pathways under tight timelines
- Business & Technical Communication
- Translate technical constraints into clear business narratives and support effective decision-making across teams Requirements
- Project Management Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management or IT Business Partnering
- Enterprise Migration Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations
- Stakeholder Management
- Outstanding negotiation, diplomacy and relationship-building skills with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Risk Management
- Strong capability in structuring, monitoring and resolving complex project risks and defining mitigation pathways
- English Communication
- Fluent and highly articulate English with strong written and spoken communication skills What we offer
