In this role, you will

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in developing production processes, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues occurring in production processes.
• Analyze customer documentation and implement changes to bills of materials (BOMs).
• Participate in projects related to the introduction of new products and production processes.
• Cooperate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Production Planning departments.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing and process documentation.
• Train production employees on new processes, procedures, and standards.

What We Expect

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation and communicate with customers.

Nice to Have

Experience with ERP and MES systems

Knowledge of production data analysis tools
