In this role, you will
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in developing production processes, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues occurring in production processes.
- Analyze customer documentation and implement changes to bills of materials (BOMs).
- Participate in projects related to the introduction of new products and production processes.
- Cooperate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Production Planning departments.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing and process documentation.
- Train production employees on new processes, procedures, and standards.
What We Expect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation and communicate with customers.
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP and MES systems
Knowledge of production data analysis tools
