The Role
As a Recruiter, you will support Graduate/Junior Professional and ad hoc core hiring across EU locations for our client,partnering with Hiring Managers to attract and hire top graduate and early careers talent. Working closely with sourcers and administration specialists, you will manage recruitment activities from demand planning through to offer, ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring process and an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
In this role, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy, planning and delivering hiring activities, and participating in panel interviews to assess candidates and support fair, consistent hiring decisions. You will ensure delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards while maintaining strong talent pipelines, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and continuously improving recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs.

Key Accountabilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and key client stakeholders to deliver high-quality early careers recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for graduate and early careers vacancies, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement attraction strategies that align with hiring demand, market insights, and diversity objectives.
- Conduct and participate in panel interviews, providing objective candidate assessments and supporting Hiring Managers in making informed hiring decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sourcers, Administration Specialists, and the wider recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience from attraction through to offer.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs, using market insights to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide guidance to Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate selection, offer recommendations, and recruitment best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a consistently high standard of service.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the account.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, supporting collaboration and the ongoing development of the wider team.
Skills & Requirements
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally with a focus on graduate, campus, or early careers hiring.
- Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders in a client-facing recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of campus recruitment methodologies, attraction strategies, assessment processes, and candidate engagement.
- Experience participating in competency-based or panel interviews and supporting evidence-based hiring decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience working collaboratively within a recruitment team alongside Sourcers, Coordinators, or Administration Specialists.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems.
