Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), Personal administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)

• Collaborate with global teams (customer and internal teams) to understand business needs and ensure a smooth integration process
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Optimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Maintain documentation and provide training for internal teams as needed
• Stay updated on SAP HCM (PY, PA and OM) and integrations

Qualifications and Skills:* Proven experience (5 years+) in development and customizing SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations

• Proven experience in ABAP/4 Development Workbench, ABAP-OO, Interface development, SAP FIORI and HANA DB, schemas, tables, features, functions, and business processes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (HCM, PA, OM)

• First expertise in integration tools (e.g. ShapeIn) and middleware solutions

• Proven first experience with SAP Time developments

• A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing our customers at the core of every action.

• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces changeA willingness to thrive in an international setting

• A strong team player with a penchant for virtual collaboration

• Proficiency in both written and spoken business-level English

• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration (customizing) for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, or Switzerland would be considered a strong asset. What We Offer:
