Senior Developer

Are you a senior C# / .NET engineer ready to be the technical anchor of a brand-new data platform, designing it from the ground up and helping set the engineering direction? Then this is the role for you.

In our team we are building the platform that will become the single source of truth for customer data across the whole organisation, replacing a legacy system that many teams depend on. You and your team will design and build the real-time, event-driven services that take in approved customer data, protect it, and make it available to every system that needs it. It is sensitive data at a large scale, so security, privacy, correctness and reliability are critical. You will work with some of the best professionals in the field, and you have to be eager to learn and develop yourself.

Our stack: C# / .NET, SQL Server, and Kafka, with strict encryption and GDPR requirements.

What we're looking for: a hands-on senior engineer, with +6 years of experience, who has designed and shipped production systems and services; someone comfortable being the senior technical voice and making the call when there is no obvious answer.

Nice to have: experien ce with master data management (MDM), migrating off a legacy CRM or D365, large-scale data platforms, or regulated data (GDPR/KYC).

We have several tracks for developers:

• You can become an expert in C# / .NET, widening your skills into Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka and Redis;
• You can deepen into data architecture and large-scale data platforms;
• You can grow into a lead developer role, owning a piece of our tech stack.

We value a good work-life balance, and we also believe in getting together in the office regularly - it makes communication, creativity and learning easier. If you would rather work from home five days a week, we are probably not the right fit.
