Your Contribution

Planning and conducting emergency and crisis management trainings and simulations

Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and procedures

Ensure alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies

Support the development and operation of the Crisis Management Framework

Activate and support Crisis Management Teams(CMT) during incidents

Conduct post-incident reviews and implement lessons learned to improve resilience

Develop physical security concepts for global MAHLE plants

Support the design and implementation of security measures for new or existing facilities

Conduct site security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses

Create and provide expatriate security briefing programs, travel restrictions, and (pre-) travel security briefings for expatriates and travelers incl. country security overviews

Your Experience & Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, emergency management, or crisis response

Strong knowledge of emergency and crisis management

Experience managing physical security systems and site security operations.

Fluency in English

Very good knowledge of MS Excel

Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environment

Ability to draw conclusions and take decisions

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Intercultural awareness and willingness to travel occasionally (5-6 times a year)

Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
