Marketing Manager, Iberia (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager (Iberia) with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while inspiring a team.

This position is a full time, fixed-term role for 6 months (Maternity Cover) starting January 2027 until end of August 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with our PR Agency to successfully communicate the launches and brand news. Coordinate press loans and look for influencers collaborations.
• Follow up on the monoband retail channel: execution of the marketing plan and implementation on the brand standards in accordance with our global guidelines and compliance.
• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, you have proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns and preferably experience from a luxury or premium brand.

Moreover, you bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Additional experience with online marketing and social media strategy is advantageous, similarly is established press and media contacts, but this is however no requirement.

You will join our Madrid office working closely with colleagues covering our Iberia market and our Global Marketing department located in our headquarters in Denmark. You will collaborate with the extended marketing, digital and ecommerce teams, product management, in devising campaigns, initiatives and defining new customer experiences.
