Customer Description:

The customer is a global mobility and urban services platform offering ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance.

Project Description:

Data-collection platform spanning a worker mobile application, back office, and backend services.

Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing across onboarding, task processing, data capture, review, earnings, and payouts
• Mobile media capture and upload testing across devices, permissions, unstable networks, resumable uploads, and validation
• Testing TTL, expiry, reassignment, quotas, targeting, financial flows, privacy, consent, retention, and erasure
• Microservices and event-driven architecture: retries, timeouts, idempotency, duplicate events, and eventual consistency
• REST/gRPC API testing and automation with Postman
• Automated testing with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks
• Troubleshooting using logs, metrics, traces, databases, message queues, SQL/MySQL, Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, and CloudWatch
• CI/CD, Docker, AWS, distributed-service testing, test strategy, release validation, and production issue analysis

Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

• Load and performance testing

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Own test strategy, test planning, and release sign-off for the platform
• Test mobile media capture and upload under real-world device and network conditions
• Verify task lifecycle, quotas, submissions, review workflows, segmentation, and isolation
• Validate financial, compliance, consent, erasure, and audit flows
• Build and maintain end-to-end and API automation in CI, including load testing

Technology Stack: Playwright/Cypress/Appium, Postman, REST/gRPC APIs, SQL (MySQL), Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, AWS (S3, CloudWatch), Docker, CI/CD

Interview stages:

• English check (15 minutes)
• Internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour)
• Client interview (1 hour)
• Client interview – cultural fit (45 minutes)
