ServiceNow Architect/Technical PO (pharma; 100% remote)

Expectations

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience with a must have ServiceNow HRSD Product experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
• Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining secure platform integrations, utilizing APIs, Web Services, and modern integration frameworks
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with extensive ServiceNow
• Administration experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with advanced scripting (both client and server side, including jelly scripting), JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Fundamental understanding of integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC
