We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Placement and Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center (EBSC), a part of Marsh Group. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Team Leader, you will manage a team that supports the policy renewal process and liaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders — Marsh insurance brokers in Spain, Norway & Poland . You will balance day-to-day operational leadership with driving mid- to long-term initiatives focused on standardization, centralization, and efficiency.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and support a policy servicing team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize BAU work while driving mid- to long-term projects and change initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate communication with clients, insurers, and Marsh insurance brokers from various European countries to support policy servicing and renewals.
- Manage and monitor the policy renewal process (client renewal list, claims statistics, loss reports, premium proposals, and policy summaries).
- Identify, lead, and implement standardization/centralization and process efficiency improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment by providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
What you need to have:
- People management experience, including responsibility for recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing BAU priorities with project delivery.
- Experience leading standardization, centralization and/or efficiency initiatives (process improvement, operating model changes, or similar).
What makes you stand out:
- Additional language skills beyond English (e.g., Spanish or Norwegian).
- Experience in the insurance sector and/or an SSC/BPO environment.
- Previous involvement in process transitions and/or operational transformation initiatives.
