We are looking for a freelancer with a Social Media Manager profile, who is able to develop content strategies while also adapting to existing strategies and guidelines that are already defined and working successfully for some of our brands.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt content strategies according to each brand.
- Create content calendars and plans.
- Coordinate the preparation and publishing of different content pieces.
- Manage multiple social media channels and maintain a consistent and well-organized publishing schedule.
- Monitor the overall performance and development of each account.
- Prepare simple weekly or bi-weekly reports covering results and progress.
We mainly work with two types of accounts:
- Business / corporate brands, primarily on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Food & hospitality brands, with a more visual, dynamic, and social media-driven approach.
Most of the content is in English, although we also manage some accounts in Spanish.
We especially value someone with creative judgment, autonomy, and strong organizational skills, as the idea is to manage several accounts simultaneously.
You would not be expected to handle the entire production process from scratch. We have professional photography and video production, as well as folders with existing content and assets available.
Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus, mainly to work with existing templates and make small adaptations when needed.
Do you feel this type of role aligns with what you are looking for?
How many hours per week would you be available?
With that availability, how many accounts do you feel you could comfortably and responsibly manage?
