Do you want to shape how our business makes decisions - turn data into direction and insight into tangible results?
We are looking for a data-driven, positive, and collaborative Finance Business Partner who is ready to change and elevate the financial backbone of our organization. You’ll guide business leaders on how to deploy their resources wisely, while building and automating the next generation of our financial tools and solutions.
Who you’ll work with
You will work directly with our CFO on business cases, investment decisions, and performance insights. You’ll be part of a small, experienced finance team that thrives on openness and a culture that’s both sharp in focus and effortlessly informal. You’ll also collaborate with leaders across Audit, Advisory, and Business Services to accelerate growth, elevate financial performance, and embed digital tools at the heart of decision-making.
What you'll do
The role will entail a few operational tasks but will primarily focus on our development towards a more automated, insight-led, and business-embedded finance function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders together with the CFO and FP&A Lead.
- Unlock the value in our data and manage the transition to more intelligent, data-enabled business.
- Spot opportunities to simplify, standardize, and elevate processes across Finance and the wider organization.
- Build and refine Power BI dashboards that give leaders real-time visibility into performance.
- Manage and steer forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance management.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support key decision-making forums.
What you'll bring
We’re looking for you who hold a master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar. You have +3-6 years of relevant work experience. Exposure to Business Partnering is an advantage.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are proficient in Excel and Power BI, data modelling; SQL experience is a plus.
- Have a structured, detail-oriented mindset paired with an interest in improving how things work.
- Possess a collaborative mindset that enhances your approach to problem-solving.
- Possess a genuine heart, and a bucketload of curiosity and motivation.
- Are fluent in English; Danish considered an advantage.
What we offer
- Close collaboration with senior leaders - including the FP&A Lead and CFO - giving you direct exposure to key decisions.
- We’re committed to your development - offering training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance your skills and expertise.
- A flexible and supportive work-life setup, allowing you to plan your work in a way that suits you.
- A role with real impact and high ceilings, where your work helps shape both daily operations and long-term strategy.
