If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you. We are currently looking for two Co-worker Communications Leaders to join the Internal Communications team. One position is permanent, and the other is a temporary position of approximately seven months covering a parental leave. Both roles are ideally starting on 1 November 2026. This position is based in Malmö and reports to the Internal Communications Manager.

As we do not offer a relocation package for this role, we are primarly looking for candidates already based in the Öresund region who are within resonable commuting distance of Malmö. We work from the office at least 3 days per week. As a trusted advisor, you confidently guide stakeholders, shape narratives and transform business priorities into communication that resonates across the organization.

You know how to cut through complexity and noise, ensuring co-workers connect with the messages that matter most and understand their role in the bigger picture.
