You will work directly with business experts to capture how work really happens, translate it into ontologies and knowledge graphs, and make sure the meaning holds when delivery partners implement it. The Knowledge-to-AI service is in ramp-up, so you will help shape the approach as much as apply it. Key Responsibilities* Capturing & Interpreting Business Knowledge
-
- Engage with subject-matter experts across finance, compliance and operations to elicit business rules, exceptions and the vocabulary teams actually use — including where nothing has been written down.
- Contribute to and facilitate workshops that turn process-mining insights and expert knowledge into agreed, documented business logic.

- Harmonise terminology across regions and systems, so that local variants become mappings onto a shared model instead of separate solutions.
