You'll act as the central point for resource requests, provide strategic planning insights, and help drive data-driven decision-making that supports asset availability, integrity, and operational excellence.
Welcome to Offshore Mgmt. & Coordination
You’ll be part of the Offshore Mgmt. & Coordination team where you, together with your colleagues, will drive strategic resource planning, forecasting, and coordination across Generation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, planning, procurement, QHSE, and digital teams to ensure efficient deployment of resources and effective execution of operational priorities.
As a team, we collaborate closely, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering safe and sustainable solutions.
You’ll play an important role in:
- developing and maintaining long-, mid-, and short-term resource plans aligned with business objectives and asset strategy
- owning the intake, scoping, and governance of resource requests while providing visibility of capacity constraints and changing demands
- leading strategic resource planning through demand forecasting, scenario analysis, and optimisation of resource allocation across projects
- driving planning and forecasting activities that provide management with insights on risks, opportunities, and optimisation potential
- supporting SAP work order governance and ensuring high-quality planning data that enables data-driven decision-making
- supporting the rollout of new concepts, processes, and projects while fostering an agile planning culture that can adapt to changing business needs.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience with resource planning, coordination, and forecasting in a complex operational environment
- are comfortable analysing data, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insights into actionable plan
- have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and can collaborate across functions and teams
- thrive in an agile environment and can manage changing priorities and ad hoc activities while maintaining strategic focus
- have experience working with planning systems and digital tools, preferably including SAP
- work effectively both independently and as part of a team and take ownership of delivering high-quality results

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr57,920.00- kr86,880.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
