Hardware Test Engineer

Requirements

Must have

• Exp. level: 7+ years
• Understanding of analogue and digital electronic circuits, microcontrollers, and power supplies.
• Review assigned hardware and system requirements for testability, clarity, completeness, consistency, and acceptance criteria.
• Test Planning: Ability to write clear test plans, procedures, and validation reports.
• Execute tests on PCBs, electronic assemblies, and related interfaces.
• Hardware Tools: Proficiency in using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers, and spectrum analysers.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Strong skills in root cause analysis (RCA) to find and fix board or component defects.

Good to Have

• BMS: Experience with testing of BMS ECU
• Scripting: Test automation using Python or any scripting language
