Your Task

• project management of ICT services and products for business clients,
• implemented products will be: data transmission networks including SD-X, data center and cloud services, voice services, cyber security solutions, modern workplace and integration services
• Conducting from several to several dozen simultaneous implementations, depending on the size and value of the project
• ensuring the timeliness and implementation of projects within the assumed costs and quality
• decomposition of the project into tasks, creation of their schedule, delegation of orders, monitoring and accounting of commissioned works
• working with Customer, sales representatives, T-Mobile technical teams, or third party suppliers
• risk management in projects and minimization of their negative impact
• maintaining project documentation and reporting on progress

Your Profile

• Having knowledge and skills in the field of project management: scope, time, costs, stakeholders, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, in one of the recognized methodologies - Prince2, PMI, etc.
• Experience in using tools that provide PM methodologies in the management of entrusted projects.
• Have general knowledge in the field of ICT services — data transmission services, data center, IT integration, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Initiate and independently conduct project meetings in an effective way with the participation of people at all organizational levels, both within the company and at the Customer.
• Creativity in solving problems encountered.
• Driving licence cat. B.
• Good knowledge of English to communicate and create documents and presentations.

Welcomed:

• Certification in Prince 2 project management, PMI, etc.
• Experience in conducting appropriate communication with shareholders in senior positions.
• Ability to negotiate and develop unusual project arrangements.
