Are you ready?

• Embrace an AI-native way of working, using AI tools throughout the marketing workflow for research, ideation, content creation, optimization, and scaling.
• Own the execution of our content marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing to shape priorities, challenge ideas, and elevate creative output.
• Develop compelling content themes, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives aligned with Intact’s audiences, products, and business objectives.
• Manage the content calendar and publishing cadence across all relevant marketing channels.
• Take ownership of creative execution, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to bring ideas from concept to completion.
• Leverage customer, sales, product, website, search, social, and campaign data to identify content opportunities and drive informed decisions.
• Understand how content contributes to demand generation and continuously optimize activities to increase pipeline impact.
• Measure, analyze, and report on content marketing KPIs, identifying drivers of engagement, qualified traffic, and lead generation.
• Support email marketing and marketing automation initiatives, including audience segmentation, nurture programs, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and subject matter experts to transform internal expertise into valuable external content.
• Coach and mentor the Junior Marketing Manager on content creation, campaign execution, and marketing best practices.

Are you the ONE?

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• Extensive Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, creativity, and marketing effectiveness.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS, or technology environments.
• Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that support business growth and lead generation.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills across multiple formats and channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, German is considered a plus.

• Fair compensation: from € 64,554 gross/year (full-time), with overpayment up to € 80,000 depending on seniority and experience
