You will perform scheduled maintenance, conduct inspections, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of wind turbine systems. Working alongside experienced technicians, you will learn to use various tools and diagnostic equipment, ensuring the safety and optimal performance of our wind farm assets. If you are passionate about building a sustainable future and eager to develop new skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!How You’ll Make an Impact* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on wind turbines, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in turbine systems under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Execute basic repairs and component replacements using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Actively participate in on-the-job training and collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

What You Bring* High School Diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate in Wind Energy or a related mechanical/electrical field is preferred.

• Vocational education in electrical/technical (MBO 3/4) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and power tool operation.
• Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, along with troubleshooting skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
