Teleoperator (Nights)

About the Role

You’ll sit in our Stockholm control room and drive robots working in real stores across Sweden and Finland. When a robot hits something it can’t solve on its own, you take over and finish the job. Customers are waiting on the other end, so the work is real and the feedback is immediate.

What You’ll Do

• Operate robots remotely to complete replenishment, inbounding, and tidying tasks in customer stores
• Handle exceptions the robot can’t handle alone, and flag the ones that keep recurring
• Log what you see so the engineering team can fix root causes

What We’re Looking For

• Sharp and a fast learner, able to pick up a new interface quickly
• Comfortable with technical systems and computers
• Can-do, low ego, and steady under pressure
• Reliable, with strong ownership and follow-through when you’re on shift
• Service-minded, with a clear sense that store staff and shoppers see the result of your work
• Available for nights, since that is the standard schedule for this role
• Fluent in English
• Swedish and retail experience are a plus
