A 38m sailing yacht is seeking a temporary Relief Engineer to join immediately until approximately early October.
The yacht will remain afloat and dockside during a yard period. Projects underway include the installation of a completely new navigation system and an overhaul of the DX air-conditioning system, including new plumbing. Both projects will be completed by contractors, with the Engineer responsible for overseeing the vessel’s day-to-day engineering requirements during this period.
The permanent Engineer will be available by phone, and the Captains will provide a full handover. There may also be an opportunity for future delivery work if it suits both parties.
