The Project Manager will be responsible for providing structured delivery, effective governance, and cross-functional alignment for key digital finance initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of the division's transformation strategy. To achieve these objectives, the role is structured around three core areas: Project and Program Management, Stakeholder and Change Management, and Finance Technology Integration. This focus ensures that digital finance projects are managed from end-to-end, that stakeholders are effectively engaged and prepared for change, and that technical solutions are seamlessly integrated with financial strategies and processes. Given the focus on these areas, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing large-scale digital or finance transformation projects. A strong background in finance processes, familiarity with systems like SAP, and demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change leadership in a global context are essential for success in this specialist professional role.How You’ll Make an Impact* Manage end-to-end delivery of digital finance projects, from scoping to execution, monitoring, and closure
- Ensure strong project governance, including budget tracking, timelines, and transparent reporting
- Drive the implementation of digital finance solutions aligned with corporate finance strategy
- Maintain structured project documentation, including plans, risks, and stakeholder updates
- Act as key interface between finance, IT, and business to ensure alignment on requirements
- Lead stakeholder communication and change management to drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Translate financial requirements into technical specifications and support system integration
- Identify risks and optimization opportunities, ensuring secure execution and continuous improvement through automation and digitalization What You Bring* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of project management experience in finance, IT, or digital transformation
- Proven track record in managing large, complex projects in global, cross-functional environments
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CCMP, or SAP Certified Application Associate are a strong advantage
- Strong expertise in project and process management, including PMI methodology, Agile practices, and governance frameworks
- Experience in project scoping, risk management, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions
- Solid knowledge of business analysis and financial systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA)
