Responsibilities:

• Identify every single metric that is a leading indicator or a lagging indicator of our ability to capture value, to turn search impressions into revenue (Revenue per Impression)
• Create the executive brief version of the Google Advertising Report that easily displays our effectiveness of turning search impressions into revenue, in a way that allows us to benchmark our different Google Shopping Listings and Search Advertisements for each Hero Product.
• Identify and creatively find new controllable activities that influence all of the leading and lagging metrics in the most positive way possible, to turn Google Search Advertising into a Machine.
• Own the creative strategic input into our creative team to generate the highest priority landing pages and PDPs based on the financial opportunities in the Google Ecosystem.
• Set up and manage Google Merchant Center (GMC)
• If you maniacally obsess over opportunities you find in SEMRush, that you can exploit in your Google Ads Strategy.
• Optimize the portfolio of Google Shopping Listings for each Hero Product in order to achieve the highest revenue per impression for each portfolio.
• Own the Google Advertising part of our sale period and holiday strategy.
• Analyse impression share, CTR, conversion rate, CPC, ROAS, contribution margin, search volume, quality score and relevance to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
