We are looking for eGO (emagine Global Oparations) Integration & Transition Specialist. As a part of our eGO Integrations & Transitions Team you will be responsible for executing operational change and business integrations. Cooperating closely with other Teams working as centre of excellence for operational expertise, transformation, governance and continuous knowledge development.
Your role:
- Lead Operational Finance workstreams during M&A integrations, migrations, carve-outs and legal entity transitions.
- Own transition planning, cutover preparation, hypercare activities and operational handover into business-as-usual operations.
- Coordinate Operational Finance activities within integrations and transitions, ensuring effective coordination, follow-up and resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks and deliverables across relevant internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps and data quality issues during integrations and drive resolution plans.
- Define transition requirements, timelines, deliverables and governance frameworks for integrations.
- Act as the primary Operational Finance subject matter experts for all integration and transformation projects.
- Work closely with the Governance & Expertise team to ensure that lessons learned, best practices and process standards are embedded into future integrations and operational processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Open minded with a “can-do” attitude!
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience in project management, transition, or M&A environments.
- Interest and practical experience in using AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Understanding of business process mapping and operational documentation.
