The Hiring Manager for this role is Jonas Sjöberg, Director of Infrastructure Services & Partner Relations. He cares about building stable and secure infrastructure while continuously improving how we work, embracing automation and new technology to help us scale smarter.

The team works closely across Infrastructure, Application Management, and Product & Platform Engineering to keep things simple, secure, and moving forward.
Your role & influence as Manager Infra OPs Architecture
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading Dustin’s Infrastructure Solution Architecture function and turning strategic architectural direction into actionable roadmaps, solution designs, standards, and implementation guidance across infrastructure domains
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of shaping and evolving Dustin’s IT infrastructure platform, collaborating closely with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, Product & Platform Engineering, Application Management, Security, and business stakeholders.
Core Activities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Solution Architects, creating clear ownership, accountability, and a culture of technical excellence.
- Translate Enterprise Architecture principles and target states into practical technology roadmaps, solution designs, and prioritised initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance and cross-domain alignment while identifying modernization opportunities, technical risks, and technical debt.

You don’t need to be the deepest technical expert in every domain, but you know how to create direction, align stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and help your teams turn expertise into business and technology results.
Additionally, it’s important that:
- You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking, or equivalent experience within Information Technology.
- You have 3–5 years of proven people leadership experience managing Solution Architects, Infrastructure Architects, Senior Engineers, or similar technical specialists.
- Experience leading teams in large-scale, complex enterprise environments with multiple technologies, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Experience translating architectural strategy into technology roadmaps, implementation plans, and prioritised initiatives.
- Broad knowledge across infrastructure domains such as cloud, data centers, networking, workplace technologies, security, automation, and platform services.
- Experience with architecture governance, solution reviews, modernization initiatives, and strategic technology decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
