A performance 30m SY is seeking a Chef to join in the USA before August 17 until mid to late October.
This could also be open to someone seeking a permanent role.
This is a private program and will be based around Maine and Rhode Island for the summer, followed by a winter refit in Newport.
They run with a crew of 5 which includes a chase boat. The owner enjoys sailing and will spend time between the boat and a property near by, with a mix of day sails and potential trips to Rhode Island.
They are Ideally looking for candidates with prior experience and familiarity of sailboats of this size.
The Owners do like a high standard of food and have low carb, low sugar, non dairy, protein based diet. There may be occasions where the Chef is expected to cook at the owners house if the boat is anchored nearby or in the yard.
The Chef will share a cabin with the Mate who is male. This position is open to male and female candidates who are happy with cabin arrangements.
Qualifications required: Prior experience in a similar role. B1B2 visa in hand required.
