Candidate profile (title) Who you are Candidate profile (text) - Default language We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Portfolio Specialist to help drive performance across our global shopping centres portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investments, portfolio management and analytics, working closely with senior stakeholders to support some of our most important business decisions.
You will combine quantitative analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis and market insights to assess portfolio performance, evaluate portfolio optimisation opportunities, and support investment and capital allocation decisions across our global portfolio. Your analysis will directly enable investment, redevelopment and capital allocation decisions across a globally diversified real estate portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with 5 to 7 years of experience in investment analysis, strategy consulting, corporate finance, real estate, or analytics, who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing decisions through data-driven insights Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities Key responsibilities (text) As a Portfolio Specialist, you will:
- Analyse portfolio composition, asset performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities to enhance long-term portfolio value.
- Evaluate investment opportunities from a portfolio perspective, comparing expected returns, risks and strategic fit to support capital allocation decisions.
- Develop scenario analyses and analytical frameworks to assess portfolio optimisation opportunities and inform executive decision-making.
- Assess portfolio diversification, concentration risks and market trends to strengthen portfolio resilience and maximise long-term value creation.
- Lead the Portfolio Valuation process, including analysing valuation outcomes and providing insights.
- Translate complex financial, operational and market data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Prepare analyses and presentations for investment committees, portfolio reviews and executive decision-making.
What we are looking for:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in portfolio analysis, investment management, strategy consulting, corporate finance, analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and solve complex business questions.
- Experience building financial models, business cases and scenario analysis.
- Excellent quantitative skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights and communicate recommendations effectively to a range of stakeholders.
- Curious, collaborative and proactive, with a strong ownership mindset.
