Job Description
About the role: The Patient & Market Access, Associate Director is responsible for driving sales and marketing activities within the organization. This role focuses on business development, pricing strategy, media planning, brand licensing, and e-commerce strategy to enhance market access and expand brand presence. By implementing strategic initiatives, this role contributes to Takeda's mission of bringing better health to people and a brighter future to the world.
How you will contribute:
- Develop and implement business development strategies, including alliance/channel/network partnerships
- Conduct pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing and competitor analysis
- Plan and analyze media strategies, including ROI evaluation and digital marketing analytics
- Oversee brand licensing activities to ensure expansion within brand-approved quality standards
- Manage e-commerce strategy, planning, and merchant development
- Lead functional teams or projects, providing direction and support
- Communicate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation in strategic initiatives
