Senior TECH Change Manager (2 years contract)

Are you ready to lead technology transformation while managing change across our organisation? This Senior TECH Change Manager role combines project leadership with change management to deliver our ambitious Forward'28 strategy. You will work with diverse teams to accelerate our technology transformation and build the culture needed for lasting success.

What you will be doing

You will be allocated to a strategic initiative within our Forward'28 agenda, working alongside the TECH Transformation Delivery team to achieve our ambitious goals: 2-4x faster time to customers, 20% productivity increase, and 20% run cost reduction. Your role bridges project execution and change management, ensuring both technical delivery and organisational adoption.

• Establish and execute comprehensive change management plans for strategic initiatives
• Understand target groups and tailor activities to support their transformation journey
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure local ownership and engagement Align deliverables with overall TECH Transformation Office strategy and plans

About you

• Practical experience combining project management and change management in large-scale transformations
• Change management certification (PROCSI or equivalent)
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and communicate effectively across all levels
• Strong stakeholder management skills including experience with senior leaders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills using PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with uncertainty
• Ownership mindset with ability to deliver results
• Strong team collaboration skills with positive energy Upper-intermediate English language proficiency
