The team
You'll be part of the P&O Transformation team, working at the heart of strategic change across the Operating Unit. This team is responsible for driving large-scale transformation programmes that improve how the organisation operates, supports its people, and delivers value to the business. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll partner with P&O leaders, transformation specialists, business stakeholders, and operational teams to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience (5+ years) supporting transformation programmes, organisational change initiatives, or large-scale projects, ideally within a People & Organisation/HR environment.
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, identify risks, and drive progress in a multinational environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, P&O, HR, or a related discipline. Project Management, Change Management, Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma certifications would be advantageous and/or extensive experience in this field.
