AI Engineer Intern

Would you like to start your career as an AI Engineer?

We are launching a paid internship program focused on building production-ready AI systems using Python, LLM technologies, and cloud platforms.

You will gain hands-on experience developing real AI backend systems under technical mentorship.

What you will bring

• Studies in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical degree
• Availability for an internship through an agreement with an academic institution
• English level B2 or higher. German is a plus
• Strong Python knowledge
• SQL fundamentals
• Basic understanding of APIs and backend development
• Demonstrable interest in AI, Data, or Software Engineering
• Genuine motivation to learn and grow in applied AI engineering
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

What you will do

• Design and implement Python-based backend services
• Integrate LLM APIs, such as Azure OpenAI or OpenAI
• Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
• Implement structured outputs and validation logic
• Learn how to estimate and optimize AI token costs
• Support the deployment of containerized AI services to Azure
• Write clean, tested, production-oriented code
• Gain exposure to Cloud Native Applications
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex
• Work as part of a Scrum team, receiving guidance and technical mentorship
