As an Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining, maintaining, and troubleshooting the complex data interfaces and flows between our core products and our customers' IT environments. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring seamless system integration Key Requirements ( Skills & Experience)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an Analyst position within the IT field.
- University degree in IT, automation, mathematics, telecommunications, or a closely related field.
- Solid understanding of structured data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XSD, and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python).
- Basic knowledge of AWS services, particularly Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, and Athena.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of issues related to interfaces and information flow
- Experience interfacing directly with customers to gather and discuss requirements.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work in an international environment and experience in individually presenting the team’s work. Desirable Experience (A Plus)
- Experience with integration protocols/tools such as REST/SOAP and WSDL
- Familiarity with development/tracking tools such as Gerrit, Jira, Jenkins, and SQL.
- Interest in or experience with the aviation industry. Core Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining integrations, including the Integration Specification Document and transformations (in XSLT or Python).
- Modelling data structures and services in products in compliance with business requirements.
- Defining and maintaining standard interfaces with products, as well as services and data structure documentation (non-architectural product documentation).
- Analysing and documenting non-functional requirements on system boundaries.
- Identifying and documenting interfaces available in the customer’s IT environment.
- Specifying and documenting data flows between customer interfaces and product interfaces.
- Specifying and documenting system integrations for the Integration Team.
- Leading or supporting the analysis of new functionalities requiring integration involvement (RFCs).
- Performing end-to-end verifications with project or product teams for functionalities enabled by integration
- Supporting business analysis and project teams (projects and support).
- Discussing requirements and solutions directly with customers.
- Diagnosing and resolving integration issues, troubleshooting compatibility problems, and implementing solutions to optimise performance.
- Reporting defects in the defect tracking system and verifying fixes.
