Join our Commercial Project Management team in Denmark as a Working Student, where you will play a vital role in supporting a number of new projects in the Danish energy sector. Imagine providing essential administrative support that allows senior project staff to focus on strategic execution while you handle routine tasks. You will assist with data and documentation management, ensuring that project operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers you a practical introduction to project support within the energy sector, where your contributions will directly impact our success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the setup of new project structures within internal systems.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for project status updates and reviews, contributing to effective communication with stakeholders.
- Support the CPMs in reporting, controlling, and analyzing project data to enhance decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring files are organized and accessible to the team for efficient project management.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; previous internships or student worker roles are considered a plus.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Power BI and SAP.
