Working as a Student Assistant in WSA
As a Student Assistant, you will be part of WSA's Global Commercial Excellence team, supporting initiatives that improve commercial performance across our markets.
You will work on strategic and operational projects, gaining hands-on experience in sales excellence, commercial performance, business analysis, and change management. You will collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence in a global environment.

We offer a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, while ensuring close collaboration and support from your manager and team.
On average, you can expect a workload of 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and holidays. The position is based in Lynge, with the opportunity to work partly from home.
In this role, you will get the chance to
- Support the development and execution of global Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to projects that improve commercial performance and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze commercial data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Co-develop tools, concepts, and workshops related to Sales and Marketing Excellence.
- Support presentations, analyses, dashboards, and communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Support commercial projects and ad hoc tasks.
You will gain experience working on global projects and collaborate closely with experienced colleagues to strengthen your analytical, stakeholder management, and commercial capabilities.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with at least 12 months remaining of your studies (field of study is not critical).
- Previous internship, student assistant, or similar experience.
- Analytical, structured, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
- Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in commercial excellence.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish proficiency is not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint..
In addition, you set high standards for yourself and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, enjoy collaborating with others, and bring a positive attitude and sense of humor to the team.
