We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager, Retail Performance Analytics to join our Global Retail Center of Excellence based in Tønder, Denmark.
This role sits at the heart of our retail analytics and performance ecosystem. You will serve as the business owner for global retail performance metrics, governance, and reporting requirements. You help create a single source of truth for retail performance and unlock deeper insights into the drivers of growth and profitability.
Working closely with our Global Finance Reporting team and Regional Commercial Finance partners globally, you will ensure that retail dashboards, KPI definitions, and performance frameworks accurately reflect business performance and support effective decision-making across the organization.
What you will do
More specifically, you will:
- Own the global retail KPI framework and reporting standards, including metric definitions, business rules, and calculation methodologies.
- Act as the primary business partner to the Global Finance Reporting team for all retail reporting requirements and prioritize dashboard enhancements and reporting initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
- Validate retail data accuracy and drive governance processes to maintain consistency of retail performance metrics across regions and markets.
- Translate retail business questions into reporting and analytical requirements and identify opportunities to improve retail performance visibility and decision-making.
- Lead root-cause analyses on performance variances and emerging business trends, while supporting forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives through business-focused performance analysis.
- Partner with Retail Performance & Insights, regional finance teams, and retail leadership to establish a common view of performance and champion data quality and metric integrity across the retail organization.

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in analytics, commercial finance, business intelligence, retail analytics, or FP&A.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance metrics.
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar analytical platforms, combined with strong data modelling and data visualization capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP and retail transaction data, advanced Excel and analytical skills, and knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Python, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences and experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
