Description
We are looking for a proactive, analytical and creative Working Student to join our Global Special Cargo - Strategy, Steering & Transformation team. You will work across performance analysis, management presentations, strategic initiatives, transformation projects and marketing communications, while exploring AI‑driven automation to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

Qualifications
- Enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, Business Analytics, Logistics, Project Management) with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong Excel skills with confidence handling numbers and data; experience with Qlik or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent PowerPoint abilities and a good eye for structure, visualization and design
- Analytical mindset capable of turning raw data into meaningful business insights
- Creative flair for storytelling, communication and marketing materials
- Interest in transformation topics, AI, automation and digital ways of working
- Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
- Structured, proactive and hands‑on attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership
Responsibilities
- Support business and performance analysis using Excel, Qlik and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and management materials, turning data and complex topics into clear, compelling stories
- Assist in regional and global performance steering, including meeting preparation, follow‑up and action tracking
- Contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives through analysis, business case development and project coordination
- Explore AI, automation and digital tools to simplify recurring processes and improve efficiency
- Create engaging communication and marketing assets such as one‑pagers, visuals and internal newsletters
- Support the organization of workshops, global meetings and special events
- Bring creative ideas to enhance analysis, storytelling and collaborative work methods
