Warehouse employee – Night shift (part time)

Can you work at night, perform in a busy environment, do you have experience from packing or from a warehouse and do you have a good physique?

About the job

As a warehouse employee you are an important part of the business. You will pack products for our customers from refrigerated, dry, green and frost areas. We use pick-by-voice, and you will be walking around the warehouse, picking and packing orders throughout your entire shift. This requires that you have a good physique.

The packing department consists of more than 40 different nationalities and since it is a multicultural area it requires that you speak and understand English.

Work hours

Nemlig operates 365 days a year, and for this position you will be working two fixed night shifts during the weekend.

We are offering a flexible part-time contract of 15 -25 hours per week, consisting of 2 night shifts of 7.5 hours. Your average working hours will be between 15 and 25 hours per week, calculated over a planned period of at least 4 weeks. Usually, you will be scheduled for 15 hours per week, spread across 2 working days Saturday and Sunday night. During busy periods, we may change your work schedule one month in advance, increasing your working hours by up to 25 hours per week. It is therefore important that you are flexible during busy periods, e.g. Christmas and New Years.

Your working hours will be:

• Saturday night / Sunday morning: 22:00 Saturday to 06:00 Sunday
• Sunday night / Monday morning: 22:00 Sunday to 06:00 Monday

This is a weekend night position, and it is therefore important that you are able to work both Saturday and Sunday night shifts every week. Over time, there may be an opportunity to work additional night shifts during the week.

Please note: As part of the recruitment process, selected candidates will be invited to an interview on Tuesday, September 29, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding on October 1 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by additional onboarding sessions in the afternoons during the following week.

Availability to attend the interview and all scheduled onboarding sessions is a requirement for the position.
