Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in:
• Leadership
• Communication
• Strategy
• Risk Management
• Audit standards
• Storytelling and ROI Analysis
• Documented (or demonstrable) experience in process analysis and design techniques.

Desirable:

• Robust technical knowledge of NATO operations, responsibilities and organization, with specific focus on how NATO achieves technical interoperability on the battlefield;
• Comprehensive understanding of NATO’s Cloud strategies;
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent.

Duties/role:

• Facilitating stakeholder discussions to confirm the pilot scope, target environment, priority SaaS application, success criteria, and key risk areas;
• Coordinating with Cloud, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to agree on roles and responsibilities, dependencies, and decision points for the pilot;
• Reviewing whether automated evidence from cloud and/or SaaS platforms is complete, reliable, traceable, and suitable.
