The Product Management unit is responsible for managing the smart products reaching from the vehicle to its accompanying e-mobility, digital and connectivity services. As a Product Management Intern, you will actively support the product managers in analysing competition, as well as potential features, to ensure a smooth launch of our future vehicles.
Your responsibilities
Market Intelligence
You conduct research on competitor vehicles and analyse these with respect to their features, optional packages, on-demand features, prices, sales forecasts, etc.
You benchmark competitor vehicles, as well as their features including connectivity services
You identify market trends
You prepare presentations and optimize current templates
Product Launch
You support the planning and coordination of product launch timelines and key milestones
You follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
You support Product Launch Managers by tracking project status, risks, and action items across ongoing launches
You assist with the preparation and maintenance of launch documentation, project trackers, and management presentations
General Tasks
You support daily business e.g. by analyzing features or assisting with the preparation of the launch of our vehicles
You support in EU product management projects, e.g. by tracking the project status
You assist with the organization and coordination of meetings
What you bring along
Education
You are an enrolled university student in the fields of business, engineering, or similar
Professional Experience
First experiences in the automotive industry and/or product management would be a plus
Knowledge / Functional Expertise
You have knowledge about the automotive industry, particularly the BEV segment
You have knowledge about connectivity products
You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German is a plus
