Head of People & Organisation (P&O) Transactions & Analytics

Are you a people-first leader who loves building something new? ALK is looking for a Head of P&O Transactions & Analytics to launch and lead a brand-new centralized hub covering HRIS and Talent Acquisition, with close partnership across HR Operations and Payroll.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the vision, team, and ways of working for this hub from the ground up — and to build a high-performing, engaged team along the way.

What you'll do

• Build and lead the P&O Transactions & Analytics hub, defining its vision, structure, and ways of working
• Set the strategic direction for HRIS and Talent Acquisition, ensuring both deliver real value to the business
• Champion great data, insights, and decision-making across P&O
• Simplify and modernize how HR processes work, making life easier for employees, candidates, and colleagues
• Build strong partnerships with P&O leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders
• Grow, coach, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team — and set them up for long-term success
• Lead change with confidence, bringing people along on the journey

What you bring

• A genuine passion for building and leading teams, with 10+ years of HR leadership experience
• A strong track record with HRIS (Workday experience required) and Talent Acquisition
• Experience building or scaling shared services or Centers of Excellence
• Comfort working across cultures and functions, and influencing senior stakeholders
• A strategic mindset paired with strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Fluent English; Polish or another European language is a plus
