We are looking for a Ground and Navigation Space Subcontractor Manager with experience in subcontractor management, procurement processes, and project support activities in the space sector to join projects focused on ensuring the successful coordination, performance, and participation of Ground and Navigation subcontractors throughout project execution and bid activities.
What will you do?
Manage interactions and coordination with Ground and Navigation subcontractors across project activities.
Support Project Managers in ensuring project objectives related to subcontractors are achieved.
Identify risks and propose mitigation actions to address subcontractor-related issues and unforeseen events.
Participate in bid and proposal activities, ensuring the adequate involvement of subcontractors.
Follow, coordinate, and ensure compliance with corporate procurement and purchasing procedures.
Monitor subcontractor performance and support project execution from a subcontract management perspective.

Experience managing subcontractors within Ground and Navigation space projects.
Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
Experience supporting project managers in project execution and coordination activities.
Ability to identify risks and define mitigation actions related to subcontractor management.
Experience participating in bid and proposal activities.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
