Are you interested in supporting our Preschool Marketing Teams that serves the cutest and youngest Builders of the Future?

Join our Preschool Marketing Team from September 1st and help developing product and content experiences for the smallest builders of the future. You will work between 15-20h per week.

Core responsibilities

  • Support our Assortment Development : work on assortment overviews, analysis to drive decision making and other tasks to deliver strong future Preschool Products.
  • Assist with Partner Collaboration : Help maintain communication and asset management with IP and LEGO ecosystem partners.
  • Contribute to Team Projects : Work with concept, design, and marketing teams to support project goals like Product & Audience Research
  • Drive our internal Preschool Communication : Help write our monthly Preschool Newsletter to inform Markets, other Product Teams and leadership about the latest from the Preschool Business.
  • Monitor Business Performance : Assist in tracking and reporting on business performance and marketing efforts.

The Preschool Team recruits and attracts the youngest and cutest LEGO builders, starting from age 1.5 to 5+. As a Student Worker in the Preschool Marketing Team, you will:

  • Contribute to Value Proposition : Help design engaging and age- and skill-appropriate experiences and products, from LEGO DUPLO to small brick sets for 4 and 5 year olds.
  • Support and Collaborate Across Teams : Work and learn across our two design and three Preschool marketing teams.
  • Assist with Partnerships : Help maintain and elevate our collaboration with external IP partners like Disney.
  • Support on ad-hoc analysis work to help inform marketing and design choices

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are studying Business & Marketing, or a similar education
  • Basic understanding of business and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Ability to conduct data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to contribute ideas.
  • Open-minded, hands-on mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
